Our 30 Day Return Policy

 

Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. Our 30-day return policy gives you plenty of time to consider your purchase. That's why you can be sure you made the right decision. 

If for any reason you are not satisfied you can return any unworn and unaltered item, without custom engraving and in its original condition, within 30 days of the date of receipt for a refund or an exchange. It's that simple. Shipping and handling costs on returned merchandise is non-refundable.

The following reasons will void the 30 Day Return Policy:

* Items showing signs of wear or damaged in any way
* Resized by a jeweller other than Daniella
* Sized outside of Daniella recommended sizing parameters
* If a diamond is set in a semi-mounting by anyone other than Daniella
* Any head changes
* Any special orders
* Custom made and or altered
* Custom engraved items
* Any product missing the original sales receipt

We will review any returned items. Upon acceptance, your refund or new item will be processed.
