Shipping Methods and Insurance

After your item has been packaged, it will be shipped and delivered via one of the below carriers and methods. Your order will be shipped to you fully insured. All orders will require a signature at time of delivery. We urge all customers to inspect your package for damage or tampering before receiving or signing for receipt.

Daniella will only ship to a street address, not a P.O. Box address.

Shipping to an Alternate Address

In an effort to help protect our clients against fraud we will not ship any order over $1000 to an alternate address. If you wish to ship to an alternate address you will need to call your credit card company and add the alternate address to your account. We can also arrange for you to pick up your order at a local Post Office as well. In order for us to expedite these requests you will first need to call 1300 988 740 and we will be glad to assist you.

Delivery Details

The delivery charge, if any, is determined by the price of your order (before tax).

Shipping within Australia

All orders are insured and shipped via Australia Post Express or Platinum Post for orders over $100. We provide complimentary next day shipping within Australia.

Following shipment, orders arrive in one or two business days (Monday through Friday).

International Shipping

Daniella gladly accepts international orders from almost anywhere outside Australia. Please be aware that shipping rates does not include any local customs, duties, or taxes that may be applied. All International orders will be shipped via FedEx International Priority and is guaranteed and insured for door-to-door delivery.
