Free shipping and insurance on all orders globally.

A signature is required at the time of delivery. We urge customers to carefully inspect your package for any damage or tampering before signing for receipt.

Shipping to an Alternate Address

We will only ship to a street address and not a P.O. Box.

To help protect our customers against fraud, orders over $1000 will not be shipped to an alternate address. Should you wish to ship to an alternate address, you will need to call your credit card company and ensure the alternate address is added to your account.

If you would like us to arrange for your order to be picked up from a local Post Office or a FedEx location, please let us know by specifying this when you check out or contact us on 1300 988 740 / +612 9235 1692 or info@daniella.com.au.

Shipping within Australia

All orders are fully insured and shipped via Australia Post Express, or Platinum Post for orders over AU$100.

Following shipment, orders can be expected to arrive in one or two business days (Monday through Friday).

International Shipping

International orders are accepted from almost anywhere outside Australia. All international orders will be shipped via FedEx International Priority and is guaranteed and insured for door-to-door delivery. Please be aware that possible taxes, duties or other fees may be imposed by customs which is the liability of the customer.
